He looks amazing and love the Bionicle connection. Also they even put in backwards compatability with the Titan Metroplex and he can become a tower like the original toy.
@@Trashtox at least Guzzle survived getting ripped in half. Edit: forgot to mention that after he was torn in half, he was used as boxing gloves to beat Kup.
Honestly, when I look at the tank mode, it's a design where the turret isn't meant to rotate. The boxiness and the size of the cannon make me think more so of a tank-destroyer design or mobile artillery, just moving the turret/gun up to fire stonks down on some Decepticons. (Yes, stonks is an actual military term used for artillery)
These weaponizers were from g1 Like for example : Slammer was a drone for metroplex and Sixgun was an autonomus troop for Metroplex too Cog was a drone for Fortress Maximus Airwave and Ironworks were Just Micromaster Battle Stations previously
grew up with bionicle myself i was wanting slammer originally then that short came out of yours and it went from want to NEED. as for his cannon i take that connector part of his back and use it as a gun handle for the cannon when im not toa'ing it up on myself. was lucky enough to find him at my local walmart who almost never stocks there transformers section ever.
I didn't know that slammer is learn some moves from onua and by the way,i wish if the bioformers (bionicle+TF) is offical (there's someone called dr scorpion x do this bionicle and tf crossover )
I might fall back into the hole and try to army-build with this guy I dunno why, but I like setting up like grim alternate stories especially with the Victory timeline. This guy could be an awesome generic sort of planetary or space station security force.
I really wish I liked these weaponizer figures more. Every time I try to make fun stuff with all the parts, none of them feel good to connect. The connection ranges from “okay but I’d probably tighten it” to “it falls off if I turn it upside down”. Just kinda ruins the fun for me. Makes it feel less like something I’m supposed to do, and more some goofy thing I saw someone on a message board make. I do really love his square tank mode though

Honestly I think Slammer is best of the weaponizer for weapon modes, other than maybe Six Gun forming additional arms. I like the rocket launcher options and the chainsaw weapons and I am glad he DOESNT have the derpy platform shoes

I want slammer to be In a transformer show as the main cast member I like the metal plate on him and I want him to lead a sub group of autobot still loyal to optimus but they do mission that the average bot can't do optimus tells them the mission there like a squad slammer would be the comic relief that no one likes but still has potential to do greater things and this is turning to be a weird fan fiction ahhhhh sorry byeeeeee
Those arms though...they could've/should've been less white/more gray, to contrast less with the gray and black. At least on the video they look super white, and the old Slammer had less pronounced white and didn't have any black at all.
He looks like he was designed to be on soundblaster with the colours and the way you had the legs looking like some heavy duty sonic cannons and whatnot
Funny story I have about that metroplex is one time when I was a kid me and my dad went to the thrift store and we found Titan class metroplex missing his blaster his hands and his helmet for five dollars and so obviously we got it because we had nothing to lose
i personally dislike the weaponizers, fossilizers, parts formerizers. slammer will be the first and only one of them ill get, jsut becuase hes the only one i liked the look of. its cool if you like them, just not for me, they dont so much transform as they do fall apart, and just liek the red line, they arent for me
tbf while the tranformation joint for the head does suck that is does not tab in the back of the figure keeps if from going all the way back and kinda acts and an exstandted looking up join for the neck
I'm gonna grab him, gonna repaint him, add a couple of 3D printed pieces and a better face, and made him a better version of Aragon. Didn't like the cog base, and absolutelly despise that he only comes in a 3 pack with guy and selfdestruct.
...I'm going to call my translucent blue Mirage "Selfdestruct" from now on. Thank you. Actually I might as well turn the guy into a christmas ornament because he's about as brittle as one.
The figure is 6/10, the problems are the gray, white was better for the figure and the lose joins and the blocky arms but I not buy any more tranformers because the lose joins and the prize, now I'm a lego fan :(

Slammer is a self propelled howitzer, they have fixed turrets.

I love slammer. Both his modes look so cool. But partsforming is like my biggest turnoff when it comes to transformers.
I truthfully love the gimmick but the problem is that over time to ports rub against each other and make them lose
