The first Riverdogs album is criminally under rated. I have literally bought it 3 times (cassette, CD and Limited Ed Double CD) still one of my favorites. 'California' sound right on track to as good. Can't wait.

Sounds like a Rob Lamothe solo record.....which is a fantastic thing. At the same time, would have liked some faster paced stuff in the vein of the first two records thrown into the mix. Despite saying it is in the direction of the first album, that doesn't seem to be the case at all. Nevertheless, sounds great and I will be buying the album.

The first Riverdogs album has something sourly missed in to many of todays productions: soul. I love it to this day.
Then make sure you buy the new one. I have it and it's AMAZING for someone who's been holding out for more after all these years just like I was.
