Found this interview from post Roses early Ian Brown era, taken at my house in Longsight M13. Although I'm talking gob shite (sorry), thought I'd still share it as there's a lot of rare footage the Pink 'Resurrection' Strat that was in my possession during my Roses days and early Ian Brown solo days too.
Some footage of the 1959 Sunburst Gibson ES345 from the Roses Love Spreads video plus interviews with myself, Mani & some jamming. This was for a very old south Asian programme called 'Network East' hosted by Sonia Deol. Cracking little find. Love those first three IB albums and think MOTS is genius. One of the first gigs I went to was IB at Royal Court in Liverpool in 2002. Only 15 quid too! Hopefully one day see you back with IB for old times sake. All the best Aziz.

It was the Guitar played by Squire, but was owned by the Roses as a whole...but now it belongs to Aziz...and long may it stay with him.
Unfortunately I ain’t got it no more, Ian took it back a while ago and now his sons got it or he has

Yeh when I joined the roses I inherited the Gibson 1959 Les Paul the blood red burst les Paul from the 95 tour the pink strat , a dark red 59 strat , 79 fender jazz bass once Johns , 64 Gibson acoustic and the 59 Gibson es345 from the love spreads video. The bands but for me to use and have at home.
Aziz is a legend but the pink strat should belong to john squire
He had the choice mate but he didn’t take it with him. Why I don’t know. I wasn’t around at the time. He left the 59’ Les Paul and others too. Took his older stuff I think.
