- The NYPD has arrested three men and charged them in connection with the fatal drive-by shooting that left 66-year-old Reda Girgis dead in Washington Heights. Raheam Steed, Jonadel Lakard and Kelwin Sanchez all face charges, including murder.

I was born in NYC, my father is egyptian and I cant even fathom what that family is feeling now. Such a disgrace the NYC has been taken over by such Violenece. What losers and failures. Can't even aim a gun so don't hold a gun.

It's worse than you think. He was shot in the head a few feet away from his pregnant daughter in law. His son watched him bleed out from his face . Howling. It's the most horrible sound. I was right there. I was a few feet away when he was shot. It was a driveby shooting. Has nothing to do with learning to hold a gun. It has more to do with the reckless disregard for human life that plagues NYC in many forms.
After the riots, the crime amped up, & people looked the other way while giving criminals more power in buildings, stores, and the streets. It’s the first time in history that the general public protected criminals and like criminals do, they got bolder until now they feel comfortable opening fire on Manhattan streets 💙🙏🏻💙

High end thugs and low end thugs. Mass killer via policy thugs vs graduation shooter thugs. They are all thugs imho. A suit and tie doesn't mean you are actually respectable and not criminal. But it is fairly clear that a young man loitering at 12 noon by the Bodega is more than likely up to no good. Why do people hang out in front of these stores? Go HOME.
