Nice feed there before flying off to attend to magpie duties. Did you examine the pellet? When I was doing bush regeneration, my supervisor would always examine fox and other animal scats and bird pellets to see what they've been eating. Makes for interesting conversation. Her underside is looking rather untidy as you mentioned. All good and understandable. I'm wagering there's 3 eggs. How's the SFL experiment coming along? Will there be extra tucker for the magpie chicks. Cheers Murray 👍😀🇦🇺
I collected the pellet but haven't broken it up. It's on a shelf ATM. The start of my pellet collection. Surprisingly light. I'm not sure what's in it. First guess - I can't wait to find out. I've been looking for the nest but haven't tracked it down yet. It wasn't where I thought it would be. It might be in one of the giant common mango trees. Soldier flies are on a break. It's drying out before I empty it. Zero soldiers to date. I'm pretty certain I saw eggs in the cardboard so I'm thinking it's an ant problem. Man, I've got a lot going on at the moment... Speaking of things that need doing, I'd better get going on some of those. Cheers John, have a great weekend! 👍😁👍
For some reason this is the first video of yours I’ve been recommended in ages! Happy to see it ❤
Wow! Maybe I did something to offend the algorithm...😮 Glad you enjoyed it 😁
