I live in my own house in the developed village, minimum expense 40 k per month(i have to spend Rs 10k more for rent to get a decent manageable house). Yes, Chennai will have less cost of living than village but that's negligible. It will also have almost like similar cost of living in Developed Village. Chennai also. FYI If someone say village will have less cost of living, that's either a lie or miscalculated. Groceries are costlier in villages than in urban due to overpriced in villages but regulated in urbans !
In simple words, Inflation is higher in Villages than in Urban!
