This is why I really love this company. Keep it ip patagonia will forever support you guys
Lovely video, and interesting to hear that 'feeling valued' is one of the most important criteria for some people working in this video. I think many employers miss this fact while bludgening their workforce into submission. I hope that Patagonia can continue to become a great global ambassador for company ethics 😀
As a young consumer, I never put too much thought into how and where my clothes came from. But as I get older and older, I care about these variables and vote with my wallet. That's why I support Patagonia. I regret being ignorant in my youth.
I just started sobbing 😭 these people are beautiful❤️ i hope they are all good and oke! I love patagonia!! For this thank you 🙏🏻
How much does patagonia pays these folks? Anyone? An hour?
Was wondering the same thing.
www.patagonia.com/our-footprint/living-wage.html only 35% of their factories provide a living wage. The rest? Below that.
"As of 2019, 35 percent (11 out of 31) of our apparel assembly factories are paying their workers a living wage, on average." it stated on their website and this was before Covid 19 btw. Their wages are probably cut now
@@aerithofmyore they're making an effort at least. You can't just increase wages in certain countries because that will bring a lot more issues than an increased labour supply
Vos produits sont magnifique 🇫🇷
