i had the same problem too.. i couldn't find the filter foam for my powersoft so i decide to go to my local pet shop and found the same kind of foam in the fish tank area in blocks.. bought a few and cut out the shape and it worked perfectly for super cheap!!
i don't know what type of amps you have but if its one of the three in this video be careful when you open it, because it holds a charge that could kill. and if you use compressed air be careful of moisture, it could cause the amp to burn up/shorts out/explode.
@MightyAction Yes, I am aware of the charge. Thanks, I opened some traditional transformer amps and some class A/B. I treat them all them same in terms of the charge. I don't use air, just my little brush.
@Mighty Action. Thanks for the video and info. the replacement foam is a better quality of foam and will be more than satisfactory. I would suggest to use a different alternative than water and soap to clean the filters. Especially with tap water, due to concentrate of minerals in tap water.
I heard somewhere where using the compressed air could be bad for the amplifier. I believe amps has burned up because of moisture from the compressed air, bare in mind of the current stored in these amplifier.
@@actionwally well jus like taking out the filters to was take it out and use the compressed air to clean it and to me safe leave it out so that moisture doesn't accumulate.....food for thought 💭
Am in the UK admark and cvr don't get any love over here bro the English man them love them traditional amps. In your opinion, how well does the admark mark and cvr perform.
I can honestly say that i too was one of those people who doubted those type of amplifiers. but i've used the CVR's before and i'm using the admark now. i can honestly say these are some excellent amplifiers. just look around you, everyone is now using one of those amps right now. every other sound has one! as long as they are getting the right current you will not be disappointed.
@MightyAction yes I can see a lot of sound using them, as I said before, they are not very popular in the UK. English hates Chinese stuff with a passion, but thank you for the the info
I don’t think Once a month or once every three month is a lot, plus the material was designed for water so I might have to disagree with you here. At the same time I think maybe the heat from the amps could also play a part in its demise.
@@actionwally but look at it , the amps naturally give off a lot of heat and the filters are to prevent dust and other debris from entering the amp, I don't think they design it to be wash often, but yeah it has to be clean, but how dirty should it gets before it's clean I refer u to the manual
Respect for the teaching you are creative. Don’t listen the negative people. I learn from you
Respect Bro

U wash it too often, if it was designed for that I think filters would be readily available in any store
