I hope you can answer my question I watch some videos on this litter box I just got a kitten I purchased it it’s definitely not cheap and then I saw your video and one on there that says that the cat has to be six months old or 6 1/2 months old and 3 1/2 pounds if you use it on manual and just use the app to clean instead of automatic clean can a kitten use it I’m thinking the only reason my kitten cannot use it is because it will not recognize her in it and start cleaning I hope I am clear on what I’m asking. Basically I put it all on Manuel can I set it down for my kitten to use
all my cat are older than 6 month, so i am not sure if younger kitten will be safe. i would stick with the 6.5month minimum age limit stated in manual.
So I set my litter box up and when I was setting up the app it asked if I have kittens I clicked yes and it put it in kitten mode where it turns all the automated things off everything is manual so you just let them use it like a regular box but instead of scooping it you push a button and it scoops itself so I’m letting you know that so in case someone else is asking you questions because you had a very precise video thank you
You guys made me laugh, when he put his head almost inside the litter box to sniff. 🤣 Isn't the litter box supposed to automatically start cleaning a few minutes after the cat leaves the box? I didn't see yours do that.
Does your app record the weight or entry to the toilet? on the unit I noticed there's 7 entries but nothing logged in the app. App only able to activate the features but not getting another logs or notifications. What's the manual update you performed? Hoping it's just app issue not fully ready. Thanks
Thanks for the video, I think the apps only allows one device, that why you have to keep logging inI have the auto feeder from petkit and the apps allow me to use one device.
There is a maintenance mode where the opening will move to the top, and you can do a lot of things including refilling cat litter. Shame that you said this as a con after using it for a week, you dun actually know how to use it. Please make sure you know exactly how to use it, read the manual, before making video on TH-cam ,which is misleading.
I dont like that u didnt show the actual mechanics of how the clumps get collected, yea we get that the litter gets filtered by the rolling mechanism but i still find this review lacking. As a prospective buyer, i wanted to see the full system of it. Sorry but i was not satisified watching this review.

Hi does it show which cat used the box in the app (based on weight)?
you can see the weight of cat entering. but if 2 cat weight similarly, u can't tell apart.

yeah, only one device can log in at a time. maybe software update can change that
You need to share the puramax via the software. Use two separate accounts to login
