Lichtenberg Fractal Burner Build

I had most of the components to build a Lichtenberg fractal burner, so I decided to go ahead and build it. The goal is to make it as safe as possible as there is high voltage that is backed up with current that is large enough to kill.
The ammo box is big enough and should allow easy transport. The enable buttons are located such that it requires both hands to press both the buttons at the same time. This requires that your hands are not near any of the high voltage when it is on.
