Just discovered the channel a few days ago. Finally! How clever it is to bring us through an actual project. As a project manager, That's what I think I lacked the most, been shown how it's done. Learn by exemple. Thanks for that. I'll be following thoroughly and taking notes
Project X-Files : The truth is in the courses! (Like others, happy to support if you need someone, getting excited about the project!!) On the Assumption, 'Capability' to create the digital product has to be one
Hi Stuart. Love the channel, providing massive amounts of value to people… I’m happy to volunteer some time to assist you on your new project. Sounds great 😊
If feasible and if you don't mind telling, can you tell about yourself( your educational background, your project management education and certifications and also what made you to come into project management).
Project name: "Project Butterfly", these are harbingers of transformation - which might well happen thru these projects (courses, books etc.). On 'Other people involved', you could think of your family as involved ("endorsing and defending the project as a valued investment of organizational resources"🙂 Good success with everything, Stuart.
Brilliant.. I'm working on a similar project in the design management field, but my schedule is longer than yours. I'll be happy to assist if required.
Mr Stuart what is your opinion about CompTIA Project+ certification . Is it worth it. Is it more valuable than PRINCE2 project management fundamentals, for someone who is about to start fresh in project management and land an entry level role. As an experienced Project Manager what you have to say about this.
Hi, it all depends on what “worth it” means to you. If it’s about getting a job, a raise, etc you have to look at the job market and see if it’s in demand. If worth it means getting useful skills, it’s not a course I’ve studied so suggest you look at the curriculum and see if it covers areas of interest. Otherwise, my default position is that studying and learning new things is nearly always worth it - but that has to be balanced against the cost/time/effort. For example, I often say MoR is worthless as no job posts ask for it, but that just means you shouldn’t spend money on training and exam. Buying and reading the book is worthwhile though. Does that help?
@@InfluentialPMO yes it did help. By worth I mean a good foundation for career advancement and potential chances of getting into entry level role in project management.

And just like every project, I’m off schedule already 😂
@@InfluentialPMO that was listed in the main risk section so you're grand
I am looking forward to it. I am happy to volunteer if you need any hand at any time. You are doing great.
Thank you, that’s very kind! 😃
You've set yourself a challenging time frame. Good luck!!
Originally I was going to aim for end of Q2, but had to be realistic - whilst still challenging!

Project name: ProjectITself
Happy to participate in a very short and valuable content.....
Regarding the project name.
"Unleash your PMO skills"
Or
"The Management Master"

I like the line of thought there, Gerlinde! 😃
Can't wait for the courses to come out Stuart! 🙂
You sound like my sponsor... 😉

I blame my unreasonable sponsor for my timescales 😂
@@InfluentialPMO😂😂😂
Your initials are ST! So maybe something kind of cool to play off with like saint or street... St. PMO? St. iPMO? Idk just spitballing 😊
Inspiring project?
St PMO!!!! I love it, I may rebrand the whole channel to that 🤣

Prj name? Manhattan?
I’m building courses, not nukes! But then, that’s the cover story I’d use if I was building nukes.. so maybe Manhattan, maybe! 😉
