Can indole decrease the estrogen level in blood or it will just detox the estrogen excess? In perimenopause the estrogen level will start to decrease on its own and we don't want that. Thank you for the great video content! ❤
This is why testing is so important - you need to know if your estrogen is elevated before treating for estrogen dominance so that you don't make things worse. DIM and I3C can certainly decrease estrogen levels overall.
Indeed, indol and DIM reduce own estrogen as well. I am pre- menopausal with regular periods, but taking these supplements drops my estrogen and hot flushes begin. As soon as I stop, everything comes back to normal.

I. I suffered with severe hot flushes where the sweat would run down my skin. I then had to have a. hysterectomy . I still get my hot flashe's but not as bad. I have Flashes i get brain fog and my bones feel so bruised. I just feel like I have no energy. In me. But I forced myself each day to keep going. Have you ever had a bone scan ? One doctor that wanted to put me on hormone replacement sent me for a bone scan prior. I’m Reluctant to do hormone therapy as I know I’m estrogren dominance and my mother passed with breast cancer. I’ve had awful issues with gallbladder sludge and trying to fix it and I believe this relates to estrogen dominance. I’m Trying to focus on my diet but need to ensure that I don’t have constipation either which doesn’t help estrogrn release
@@TarotjackpotAt the stage of gallbladder sludge you still can fix things. Don't let it get worse to the point when gallbladder must be removed. And yes, it's connected to estrogen dominance. You should keep your bile flowing. One of the reasons can be Oddi sphincter disfunction. Such herbs as corn silk, sandy immortelle, milk thistle might help. Tubage with magnesium sulphate is good. Also ursodeoxycholic acid is beneficial.

Wild Yam cream can be a source of topical progesterone - but you should be careful with brand and dose! Not all are well-formulated.

I don't personally recommend maca a whole lot, because some folks find it to be too strong. Flaxseeds definitely have phytoestrogens, yes!

You need to clarify that the estrogen you get from fat is not the same as you get from your ovaries.
Not sure what you mean...fat cells produce estrone and convert it to estradiol, both of which are also produced in the ovaries. 🤷🏼♀️
