I'm watching your videos for 7 years and I am always watching them with curiosity and that inside-peaceful. I will be honest with you, because I probably never make any of this dishes, just because most ingredients that you are using are soooo expensive in my country, but still your videos are inspiring me to cook something in a way like you are cooking. You are amazing! I see a very VERY big progress in this 7 years when I watched your vid for the 1st time. 7 years ago I were in deep depression and your videos always made me calm and made me forget about my shitty life around me that time. Thank you for your amazing, unique content!
I adore your video quality, it makes every frame look like a professional photo, it's amazing! And everything looks so delicious! Good job as always! ^^
That is soooo delicious. I'm eating it right now and am once again in heaven! Thanks for another delicious recipe that I'm definitely gonna add to my favorites :) も一度、この料理にありがとうございました。
I finally tried your recipe! I'm very happy! exquisite recipe and simple to make. I wanted to ask if you could make us a soup recipe with spinach and coconut milk. I love you so much
I have 3 questions: why only 2tsp of salt for that massive amount of food? why no building up flavour salting a bit each step to create layers? why put the "masala" at the end and eat all the spices completely raw?

The level of aesthetics of your videos is unparalleled.
Thank you for making this. The color is so rich and the ingredients always have something I want to learn about.
Hey.... Loved it as usual... You use a lot of Indian spices.. 😍😍
Love from India
I'm happy to see all of those beans go in
I tried this and it was so good! The curry was a lot mild for us so we added ~1-2tsp of korma spice. Will attempt more of your recipes. Thank you 🙏
I wonder if adding some celery with the onions would be a good addition. Some brightness to balance the sweet earthiness of the beets
This makes me feel calm, thank you
Gorgeous! And your cinematography/editing skills are fantastic. 😍
I am still strugling on the thought why I can not just thank you and lift the table through out the monitor to eat this dish.... looks YUMMIE
This is so therapeutic
Your flavouring with curry leaf somehow reminds me of Kerala's cooking.
りょうやさんをビーガンだと忘れていていつお肉を入れるのか考えて見てました。(笑)(笑)(笑)

In Kerala (South Indian state) we call this pachadi. The only difference is we put coconut shreds instead
Looks like the fusion of Indian curry and Ukrainian borscht
This is what I usually call ‘another level of excellence’. Incredible sensory experience. Love it! 🤍
You should do Tik Toks! People there will surely love your vids

Which rice did you use in this curry? Is it jasmine rice?
It’s basmati rice.
😍😍😍

@@missatoto17 I don't think he should, I am just curious to understand his style.
I was thinking the same
