i sufferd the same problem and i know how to fix it first reinstall hybrid animals and also install lucky patcher and go to menu of pathches then the forth option go click support in app emulation free purchase and rebuild the app then wait after that go to file and uninstall and reinstall other that getting back your progress you will get gamepasses for free i hope this helped😅
You have to buy it with 7 gems in the shop the icon for the shop is a gem If you want to put another animal DNA into your hybrid Edit: the shop is at the top of your screen in the corner Edit2: you get gems from watching ads from the mystery crate there's some glitches but most of them are patched and don't work

@@thehybridanimalschannel when i complete the fossil quest the fossil quest giver gave me the strange looking well when i enter it, it lead me to… This looking map with lava, i’ll call it like hell and i see enemies that are immune to lava damage (except for the bandit like maybe level 50-55 i dunno)
