    Great video again. Perhaps you should consider doing a few videos on apartments projects with a) best amenities, b) most thoughtful and unique designs and plans, and c) best maintained after handover

      Best maintained societies and best maintained amenities are typically found only in MyHome projects.
      Most unique designs are projects with some focus on human-centric design and architecture in the layout, and focus on trees and light and breeze etc, like total environment projects in bengaluru
      I current live in a very rare and interesting project called Godrej The Trees in mumbai, which is a mini integrated township kinda project with residential, commercial and recreational facilities all bundled to perfection in a rare location in the midst of mangroves, in an otherwise bustling city like Mumbai. You should read or research about it (just for reference) when you have sometime.
      I have been on an endeavour to identify and invest in such well designed and well planned projects on Hyderabad (my home town)

      Thanks for sharing! I'm familiar with Total Environment (TE) and will look into Godrej Trees.
      I believe there are a few builders, beyond Aparna and MyHome, offering comparable or superior amenities and maintenance.
      Regarding design and nature-infused projects, options in Hyderabad are limited. However, I would like to highlight a few noteworthy alternatives worth considering.

    Great video. I assume this is a video of biggest gated community apartments as I went into it looking for my home ankura etc. Just a suggestion to update the title to include apartments. Keep up the good work and would love for you to make a video on the current and planned commercial / residential activity comparing rr7 and rr30. Than you.

      @ I did watch this and this is a good one. Would be looking forward for any info on commercial activity like multiples planned by my home, rajapushpa etc and hospitals if known . Thank you.

    For Myhome tridasa no of units - 2682.
    Density 119 per acre
    Which hs decent as well

      Hi Mr.Sriram - that is true, the density is indeed decent. MyHome Tridasa's density is also relatively better compared to the newer projects and much better than MyHome Vipina (~181).
