Guys don’t go. You will be asked to pt 1 lakh. As per their policy it is non refundable. Their staff are unfriendly. Looks like uncouth rascals. For the money you are shelling out. You will be choosing the plot that is available. No Vaastu and nothing.
There’s is adjacent lake to plot , what is name of lake, it is also adjacent to DR Ambedkar govt law college as well? This lake is adjacent to plot . Thanks in advance

Sir I have a doubt.Are banks providing loans only for plot? Is there any banks providing loans for plot which do not have condition of construction of house within 2 years?
All bank surely provides plot loan for approved projects. Interest rate may vary accordingly.

Sir need clarification on home loan, if we are going for home loan ..how bank will disburse amount if we have registration after 18 months? Also bank provide loan without registration?
After signing agreement DLF will do sale agreement registration post which you can take loan

I guess we are eligible to show home loan in tax benefit if we have got loan before march 31st. How long will it take for sale agreement? Which publuc sector bank is in tie up?
ICICI and HDFC in tie up sir, sale agreement registration happens after 30% payment.
After 30% payment dan loan apply panna mudiyum na romba adigama erukae sir. Planning to choose home loan option after 10% itself. Any suggestion?

I know Siruseri sipcot very well. The area is pretty unsafe for ladies. Very bad transport facility. OLA and UBER will demand more. They typically cancel the rides too. Within 5.5 km radius there is only one school available. Which is Padma Seshadri. You know the pricing of that school. Moreover the DLF people are showing plots that have Vaastu defect. They show plots that have irregular shape which shouldn’t be bought as per Vaastu. Facing is an issue. They are saying about shifting 2500 mature trees from outside to this place. Think about the destruction they are going to create. Real bullshit project with lack of flexibility.
Psbb compare to other schools it is normal price.
@@ravi2911 That depends on the economical status of a person. For some 45k is the right amount, for some1.5l is the right amount. Looks like it’s tad costly…
