    Will they allow public to enter the SIPCOT in future without SEZ card. Because only employees are issued SEZ card..

    Will they recomened builders once we buy the plot, is it like plug and play concept or we need to get all the necessasry approvals. Is it like dtcp approved plots , can we get bank loan for construction if we buy here, thanks for sharing this info

      The devloper may not Recccomened any contractor, as RERA does not allow them to. However, I would be happy to reffer one to you.
      You can get 80% funding as bank loan from most banks. This will include plot price as well as construction costs

    Don't make false claims, please come to DLF Gardencity and we will tell you what is the issue. Please do not trust the builder. He has left us residents of DLF Gardencity in bad shape.

      @@bernicejacinth4685 Hi, the things are never ending, they never finished the project. Only 50% of the planned structure was completed and they put temporary walls in the basement, which collapsed during 2015 rains and all the basements were flooded. The clubhouse they promised was never completed, it is like a haunted house now. The the quality of the structure is horrible, with part of balconies and shades falling. We can go on... we have tried to engage DLF to try and address many of these issues. On the face they would say yes, but no action. Please remember, they has shut shop in Chennai a few years back and have now opened again and this is the first project after that. They also had sold their projects to Begur homes and left town. I have a lot more, but may be for later.

      Garden City has had it's fair share of problems, but that was a decade ago. I don't see what false claims I have made in this video. Please explain and I would be happy to correct my self

      Plot price :
      Phase 1 : Rs 3500 + PLC
      Phase 2 : Rs 4000 + PLC
      Phase 3 : Rs 4000 + PLC for non corner units.. & Rs 4250 + PLC for corner plots.. (Applicable only for today)
      Single PLC is 120. Two PLC is 250 and Three of More PLC is 500 per sq.ft

      @@ChennaiRealtor bro my house is multistory in chennai it is built my father 2 houses 1st floor ground 2 houses 4 house only, foundation was put for 8 flats 2 left first and ground has different owners right side down relative, first floor mine, it is 90 lakhs. can I build 1 flat in terrace I need a flat terrace is free what legal actions should be take to build it I will construct for 20 lakhs.

      This is basically when the developer gives you an option to pay gradually over 18 months instead of paying the entire amount as a lump sump
