As for the Iron maiden bootleg covers, these were designed by Hervé Monjeaud , a french illustrator. These Eddie designs are official , they are illustrations created for the differents tour dates T-shirts ( an illustration for each country or city where the band plays). This artist is officially considered as the successor to Derek riggs ( please, forgive me if I made any english mistakes, this is not my native language )

The reason so many Moonblood boots exist is they were mainly a demo band and only officially released their material on tape and vinyl only as one time pressings. This has changed now that Iron Bonehead is reissuing and remastering all their material. Greatest German black metal band ever.
Gaamalzagoth do it himself, Iron Bonehead only helps with vinyl versions

Ok, that explains it. I have always wondered about it forever, and also explains the very lo-fi nature of the recordings.
Deströyer 666, Hobbs' Angel of Death, Mortal Sin, Blood Duster, Mortification, Armoured Angel, Sadistik Exekution just name a few gone but not forgotten Australian bands.

I'm not sure what planet you live on, but as someone who sells music professionally, I have noticed the opposite phenomenon.
