Worth mentioning why they are doing this Eurovision special of Beste Zangers is because this years competition is in little less than 2 weeks from now, and the last one was won by the Netherlands 2 years ago since the 2020 edition was cancelled because of covid, and thus this years competition will be held in the Netherlands.
OMG Tauri! Floor’s magical voice and her captivating persona never cease to amaze me. I just received her signed poster “Glow” (#31/100). I told the guy at the Framing Shop to treat it like fine art! I’ll beat the crap out of him if he screws it up!

And it's more then one day. There are also two semi-finals. The artists perform a lot in these in two weeks. They are now on day 3 of first rehearsals, then the second rehearsals and the jury show and a dress rehearsal, after all that, the live show is happening. And that's just for the first semi-final.
It still needs to be acknowleged that the band is really solid. I mean that Floor produced a great performance goes without saying. :-) And there was the fan again, I suppose.
Nightwish are good for your health, so you are still ok on your priorities! ;-) With Floor in such strong voice, it bodes well for the upcoming virtual concert. And she looks stunning.
I love this so much, unsurprisingly! I should check out the original for comparison too. I try not to put Floor on a pedestal, but she's a major inspiration as a singer. And I'm SO hyped for the virtual Nightwish concert! My tickets were a birthday present from my parents.

the origional song is from Loreen she is from Sweden and she won the eurovision songcontest with it in 2012 this episode is about songs from the songcontest because in may there is a new edition from the eurovision songcontest in the Netherland because they won the last time with Duncan Laurence singing Arcade last year there was no songcontest because of the corona virus but this year it is on that is why they made this episode of beste zangers ineurovision songcontest style
Hang on, the band is playing live in the studio in front of the B.Z assemblage, while Floor is singing a) a pre-recorded video in her own studio, or b) singing live via a live link to the B.Z studio,....what a logistical nightmare for all musicians involved. Also, if Floor has re-arranged the song to her own 'style', have the live band rehearsed the new arrangement with her, or is everyone just hoping it all comes together? Phew!
Tauri, I took your suggestion and listened to the original of Euphoria by Loreen when she performed it at Eurovision. I must say, in comparison, Floor just KILLED it!! She is fire! I think Floor's performance is magnitudes better. Just saying.
