I still have a couple Bon Jovi first album old cassettes...It has that Richie Sambora 1:30 long guitar solo track at the end of side one that is sort of like Van Halen's Eruption. No info of it existing has ever been put on the web and you can't find song clips of it anywhere on youtube. If I still had a tape deck I would upload it...maybe you can.
@@TimsVinylConfessions It should be on that first album cassette you have after Love Lies or Get Ready should be a pause and then that guitar jam.It is on both cassettes I have from the 80's and early 90's.
love the tapes! nice run though the Bon Jovi ones you have. Very cool to actually have one of the original tapes you owned since it was new. I remember listening to New Jersey on Walkman headphones and reading those lyrics. Got to see the band up close just a few years ago, great show!
Hi Tim. Fun cassette video. After all these years I don't think I've seen the cassette version of the debut before. My Slippery was the "red" label version I bought back in junior high. Cool to see some of the later day stuff. Frank
+Channel 33 RPM That was the original Canadian pressing of the cassette, by the time I got it they'd switched to a black cassette with the titles printed on in gold. Exact same thing happened with Hysteria, first cassette in Canada had a sticker on it, second one was printed.

Slippery was one of the first cassettes that I owned as a kid. My cassette was tan. Btw, I like Keep The Faith as well. Great production by Bob Rock.
Great video as always. Keep them coming!
