I agree with your understanding of what is a familiar, I also think of them as coven members, lol! I am also a cat person btw! I believe my spirit animal is the spider... in the hardest period of my life, a huge spider would crawl up my wall and stay there while I studied... I was never afraid. I watched it weaving amazing intricate webs that reminded me of multidimensional interconnectedness... the little bugs trapped in the web were like people trapped in their thoughts.... it was a direct message for me at the time. I never let anyone kill spiders at home, I gently put them back in nature....
I love that! I never kill spiders either. I respect them and only kick them out if they’re being creepy lol
I wish I didn't fear spiders. Centipedes are even worse. I do appreciate the beauty of spiders though and their webs.. just at a distance.
This is wonderful. I love what you said about what makes you a witch. I feel exactly the same and I got massive shivers when you were saying this. The kind of shivers I get when my spirit testifies to something or someone that is legit and powerfully true. My son and I have 3 cats: orange tabby, tuxedo and black. They all came to us, we never sought to adopt cats. Too long a story but it was destiny. They are our guardians, advisors, and most of all our family. This was such an interesting topic - thank you for this video! It was so lovely and soothing to listen to and also watch your cats roam. It makes me think about the wild animals I have connected with when I needed them most, namely a few hawks, doves and dragonflies. Animals are magic. I really love that book on animal familiars and rituals you were showing in the video - what book is that?

you know that fairy bug is a Katydid right? the goddess made their wings look like leaves so they can hide from most predators.

My black cat was a stray! She showed up in my backyard with 2 kittens on May 1st! I named her Beltane, I was thinking about getting back into spiritual stuff, I like to think of her as my familiar 😊

Hi :)
I have a problem, or maybe more of a situation
solution of which is problematic for me.
I live in a house with many more inhabitants than people and cat.
The problem is that I cannot communicate with these beings
I don't know what they want and what their role is,
two of these beings are my ancestors
driving away the ancestors by exorcism etc is probably the stupidest solution
but there are other beings,(3 or 5) neither ex-humans nor ancestors.
Do you know how to check it ?
