So perfectly done. Those r colors I would never have chosen because I never seem to play with combinations of different colors…..a definite flaw I have lol. The colors are beautiful together! One of the things I admire about your painting, is u have mastered the amount of paint and consistency to use to make even and uniform swooshes every time…..that’s talent! Thanks for the video!
Thanks soooo much... 😘 I do love playing with colour combos... sometimes they work and sometimes they don't... 🤔 I just love pushing the boundaries a bit... hubby sometimes gives me a strange look when he sees what I am mixing... mmm... I guess these aren't your typical Christmas colours but I did think how cool would it be to have a tree decorated in all copper purple and green... so I ran with it... As far as the mixing of my paints consistency is definitely half the battle! I am constantly mixing, mixing, mixing... who doesn't love a good 'swoosh'... 🥰
@@wildwicksgifts I thinking pushing those boundaries is the true sign of an artist and u will keep evolving and growing from it! It took me a long time to even try doing swooshes, but what a thrill when they started looking decent! I still need to work on the consistency, but I’m getting there😁. Can’t wait to see more❤️❤️❤️
I'm so glad you are enjoying the process... keep at it! I find art is sometimes more about how it makes you feel while you are doing it rather than the actual finished product... I do it for the simple enjoyment of it... and, if I can encourage anyone else to give it a go... I am happy... 🥰
