the whole "computer presentation" of the magical world of harry potter made me imagine the templin institute as some kind of shadowy men in black organization that knows about all the shenanigans going on in the wizarding world, but chose not to get involved... for now...

How about the Magical Congress of the United States, also from the HP-verse? It has an interesting contrast with Hogwarts: COMPLETE separation between Muggles and Magic users. (So an American witch or wizard would be FORBIDDEN from even having a Muggle friend.)

Nice video tho slight correction. Head of house only appoint prefects (two for each year) not headboy or headgirl. Those are chosen by the Headmaster. Each house has two prefects per year from 5th year upwards (appointed by head of house). Each year the headmaster appoints two students (not necessarily from the same house) chosen amongst the 7th year prefects from all houses... Cheers

Even if I'm no die-hard HP fan, I'm really glad that I was able to grow up appreciating the wonderful Harry Potter universe.
