Brilliant work kiddo..but pls do the correction at 3.31 that Dna isnt single stranded ..its double..since PCR cannot be performed if its single stranded.... Also before using probes..the traget DNA needed to be denatured in order to make ot Single stranded, since only then shall the ss Probe hybridies to it...If any student is reaading this comment, the.
