Love the bookshelf and I agree I like it better where you put it than on the other side of the desk! That library looks amazing! Yay for new library cards!
Thanks Lindsay!
It’s so great seeing you get settled in your house - it makes me want to get unpacking and do the same!!
I can't wait till you guys get here and see what you all do to your place!
Very cool looking library!
Heart of Red, Blood of Blue is one of my top reads of the year!!
Yay!
I'm late!!!😅 The shelves look great!!! So glad you're getting things in order enough to start to feel more relaxed. Yay got a new library card!
Thanks Penny!
Your vlogs are amazing. Some of my favorites ever.
Oh my gosh, I think like 5 of my library could fit into yours 🤯🤯. It looks incredible!
That awesome fort!! 🤯
Thanks Victoria!
,"My room is being overrun by books." I'm sorry, but isn't that a good thing?😂😂😂
Hehe, if I had a room to myself that would be great, but I feel a bit bad for Jared when there are just stacks of books everywhere.
I am currently reading, The Last Sin Eater, by Francene Rivers. I am enjoying this story very much!
I remember reading that one many years ago!
I can't get over you wearing a sweatshirt in June 😊. I live in South Alabama & it's close to 90 degrees here 😅. I love your books ❤ 😊
Haha, the temps are a bit different here, I woke up to 3C this morning, which Google tells me is 37F, and it's not supposed to warm up a ton today. Definitely a bit of a cold snap!
Oh, to be where you are would be wonderful. Today is comfortable but they're expecting us over 90 degrees this week & the heat index will make it feel like it's over 100 degrees. But we should start cooling off around October if we're blessed enough this year, lol. I'm a winter person & since I'm starting to get hot flashes it has made the summer heat even more unbearable. But I am thankful for all the blessings that Jesus has allowed 😊. It is because of you that I'm trying to do my own literature study, I enjoyed your 2 videos on it. I love the Classics & Christian books 📚. Have a blessed day 🙏 ❤
I LOVE the Dora movie!!!! Adorable, sweet, and hilarious!
Glad I'm not the only one!
I started and am now on book 3 of Maisie Dobbs this month! Really enjoying the series. I agree with you on the narrator for the third book. All three narrators have been different and this one is the worst so far, but enjoying the story!
So strange that they would have different narrators!
I love the bookshelf setup!
I've finished the 5th Maisie Dobbs book and it was definitely my favorite so far! Hopefully you like this next one more! 😊
So excited you started a BookTube channel, can't wait to watch your newbie tag! I enjoyed the first two Maisie Dobbs but did them via printed book, I think I just need to stick with that for the series.
@@ChantelReadsAllDay thanks so much, Chantel!🤗
„I said I love you!“ oh, how sweet! 🫶🏻 I love seeing that other people are shopping their home stuff at IKEA too! 👍🏻
She can be very sweet and also very much a three year old, haha.
@@ChantelReadsAllDay 😂
The best part about moving is being reunited with your books 🥰. It’s nice to see you getting settled
It's like getting a bunch of new books again! Although, I very oddly seem to be missing a book, it's driving me kind of crazy.
@@ChantelReadsAllDay is it in a kitchen box? 😅
@@carlyhunt5339 lol! 🤣 I have a few homeschool boxes left to unpack so I'm hoping it's in there.
The shelves look great! I'm glad you were able to get a library card! ❤📚📚❤️
Me too!
Getting a new library card always makes a move feel official! It's neat seeing inside different libraries... I've never been in one that sorts historical fiction out as a separate shelf!
Your 3 year old.....so stinking sweet!! My babies are much older now and those sweet voices sound different, but I'm thankful I still get "I love you's" everyday.
Love that bookshelf you got for your room. I like your style because its both cozy and clean looking. 😊
Yes, I'm trying to enjoy the little voice I love you's!
Love the new shelf, but is one enough? 😉 I'm glad you have a library card.
I'm going to finish Mrs. Pollifax and the Whirling Dervish today, then I plan on starting Syren's Call (a fantasy book my friend's dad and brother wrote). I'm also reading Growing Goats and Girls and the book of John from the Bible.
I’m on the 4th Maisie Dobbs! Pardonable Lies has been my least favorite so far. 😢 FYI, I tried a different Rebecca Bellison after enjoying Red of Blood, Heart of Blue, and imo, it was not good.😂 I really enjoyed Welcome to the Hyunam-Dong Bookshop recently. Not a lot happens 😂 but books, coffee, and philosophical discussions. 😂😂😂😂
Thanks for the heads up on Rebecca Bellison! Hopefully Pardonable lies is just a road bump and the series picks up after.
The little “I love you” omgosh 🥹❤️❤️❤️ that was the sweetest thing ever…
It really is!
Im so glad you enjoyed HORBOB!!!!!
A book we both loved, finally!
@@ChantelReadsAllDay love it!
Maybe next time we see each other we should do a collab video looking for all the books we’ve agreed on…could be funny!
@@lovelydaywithholly ha, may be a bit short though. Or we could do a two parter, part two about the books we strongly disagree on.
I’m reading the Journals of LM Montgomery as well! Are you enjoying it? I’m loving it so far! I’m not to far into the first one but LM Montgomery is just so amazing!
I haven't read any for a long time, I love her at the beginning of this first journal but I know her life is going to get hard and I'm just savouring her innocence for now, if that makes any sense.
Love the cardboard box house for the kiddos! Reminds me of that 90’s Disney show “Out of the Box” 📦 Your new bookshelves are beautiful! That library 😍
More bookshelves! Yes! And that library looks like they have a great selection!
Always yay for more bookshelves! 😊
I’m so glad you got to bring the littles with you ❤ are they staying long term?
Hi Chantel
I am glad that you got your Book Shelf and got your Books Organized. Everything looks really nice.
I am so glad that you and your daughter got to go to the Library - got a Library Card and that you checked out a Library Book. Your Library looks so nice and so big. Very Beautiful Library. I wish my Town Library looked like yours.
I am reading Crepe Factor by Laura Childs. I am half way done with it. It is a really good book. It’s my own book.
Enjoy your time of Reading - Enjoy going to your Beautiful Library
Take Care & Happy Reading

Hello!
As a twenty-something that is not moving, but may be visiting new churches soon, it was encouraging to here you talk a little about your current experience! I have only gone to two churches in my life (my home church and my college church) so it kind of a scary and exciting moment in time.
Love following along on your journey!
A BOOKISH VLOG! Yes, please! 🥰
Thanks, Bethany! 😊
I tried to read Blonde Identity, because I also liked her writing style, but I couldn't get passed some of the unnecessary language that she put in the storyline, so I had to DNF it early on. Just a heads up, if that bothers you. Thanks for sharing. It's so fun to see Tolkien too.
Ugh, that's disappointing about The Blonde Identity, I wanted that book to be good, thanks for the heads up!
Wow, that library is huge! That was my initial thought, and then I realized it's a library in a large city and I've only been to small town libraries since I was about 13, so maybe that's normal for a city 😅 Heart of Red has been on my radar for years but for some reason I still haven't gotten to it. I'm looking forward to hearing what you think of the rest of it.
Haha, yeah, city libraries are definitely different! Apparently this is one of the three biggest in Edmonton. I look forward to checking some of the other ones out!
That looks really nice! It feels to get the books settled. 😊
I somehow missed Deeper... I was just wondering the other day if he had other books, so that's good to know.
I'm currently reading Christ Plays in Ten Thousand Places and Sweetness At the Bottom of the Pie, and listening to North and South while I'm gardening. 🙂
It really does feel nice to get them all settled!
Wahoo I’m first! 😂 Happy day to you! Maybe I can finally get to sleep now that it’s 6:30 am? So glad you’re getting settled!
Oh dear, hope you got some sleep!
Do the libraries in Canada work the same as the US- where it’s paid for with taxes so that if there is one in your area you get a card for free?
Yes, they do. In Saskatchewan we could use our card for the whole province, that was really nice and I got quite spoiled.
I'm so curious about your tabs? Is it favorite quotes or just favorite sections? Also, really love the neutral tabs.
The neutral ones are my favorite but harder to find! I generally tab lines or quotes I enjoy or sometimes parts I don't.
I’m only about halfway through Fairest so I can’t say how it is past this point but so far there is absolutely no sympathy going on. She is evil 😬
