The Nikon Z6 III is the long awaited camera in Nikon's mirrorless system. The new camera features a all new, partially stacked CMOS sensor which enables a host of features that were previously not possible on 24 megapixel sensors because of the slower speed readouts. You can shoot 20fps burst speed raw files and 6K video up to 60p with no crop.

This is the camera we (Z6II users) have been waiting for!! As someone who prefers the Z6II body size for full time photography, this is a MASSIVE WIN. I’ve used the Z 9, Z 8, Z f and I ALMOST settled for the Z f because of how good the AF and low-light was. The Z 6III just take the distance! Well done, Nikon!

@@roni2971 I don't get what's attractive about it. Gripless, busy dials, etc. If you're looking for pure aesthetics, I'd say the Canons are actually a bit easier on the eye. See the smooth integrated look of the rear of the R8 vs any of the Z Nikons. I notice that and it might matter if everthing else were equal, but they're never equal. Almost nothing beats functionality. I love the feel and ergonomics and performance of the Z6/7 series. Price is better too.

Not me, I've been around too long to be constantly hit by G.A.S., and one thing I know from experience, for me it's best to wait a few months after a product comes out before making up my mind. In addition, it will also pay off much better for me to have ice in my stomach, and wait for between one or two years before I buy. Because then the price is usually more reasonable, and you also know a little more about the faults/cons via several others serious photographers who are not paid by Nikon or are fanboys, because then it is easier to make the right decision 😉

You brought up your presets in this video, which are still my favorite Lightroom presets, and really the only ones that I use with any regularity. I just wanted to suggest that you create a package of color grading presets. I recently came across Mark Dumbleton's Lightroom presets, and he has a free black and white Lightroom preset package, which includes seven color grading presets. He intended the presets to be used to shape the black and white image, but I have been really happy with the subtle changes they make to my Nikon D850 color images. The changes are very subtle (which is a rarity with Lightroom presets), and they don't make the image look at all unrealistic (which, again, to me, is a positive thing, and a welcome reprieve), but they can completely transform the mood of the image (and help it to pop). Less important, but something I took note of, they almost have the ability to make Nikon images look like Sony images, etc. Color grading is a very important step in the photo editing process, and having a preset package of maybe 12-20 subtle, but effective color grading Lightroom presets that are put together by an academically minded photographer such as yourself would help photographers who are comfortable making exposure adjustments, but less comfortable with color grading their shadows, midtones, and highlights, etc. Best wishes.

let's stop the bullshit with the 24mpx thing being a limitation. it's a huge upside not a limitation.
One of the main reasons i still keep a d4s is it's 16mpx.
i do stills, i want my camera to have ridiculously high ISO performance. Nothing comes close to the z6ii in that regard (it's 1 stop better than the mighty d4s) , so i m sure the z6iii will be unreal as well.
    different needs for different people.
if i want a high megapixel camera i m not gonna get a 33mpx camera, that would be just dumb.
so as always getting a d800 and a d3s made a ton of sense in 2012, now having a low megapixel terrific camera and a high megapixel one makes a ton of sense. i have a z6ii and a gfx, i'm happy like a pig in shit.

It's nowhere near an upside, what are you on about? For example, wild-life photographers absolutely crop, so do landscape photographers, and sports. The more MP, the more crop potential, the less wasted shots. You don't need to justify the lower resolution when the rest of the camera is great.

sports and journalism.. you obv are not a working professional.
you deliver 2-6mpx photos. and you need massive iso performance. the z6ii gives you clean files at iso 25600.
for events.. you don't deliver 50mpx pictures. 12mpx is plenty for any photo, that's why the z9 shoots in 11mpx mode, and it's glorious.
the cannon flagship r3 has 24mp.
so mate.. stop speaking out of your arse.
24mpx is too much for anything, not way too little.

Sony took under 5 years to bring out the A7iii. Nikon has taken about 6 years to bring out the Z6iii with useable auto focus.
