Hey Drew, type in "Tool Live 1998 @ Lewiston (Full Concert DVD)
" into the search bar if you wanna see a clear shot of the band when Maynard was front and center and Danny Carey was 36. This what at their height in the late 90s after the release of Aenima. Trust me...

It’s 3am and I have just finished watching every single one of your Tool videos. Tool have been my favourite band for 20 years and I wish I could hear it all again for the first time. Such a pleasure watching your journey! I also saw you listened to another one of my favourite bands- Karnivool. Please do a reaction of either ‘New Day’ or ‘Themata.’ You would probably also like the band Caligula’s Horse (a lot of Tool fans do). Their track Marigold is pretty amazing. Keep up the awesome work!

Danny has a closet full of basketball jerseys - he wears them every show. His favorite is likely his Kansas jersey (he's born in Kansas). Rock Chalk Danny!!

I saw them live on Jan. 31st here in Memphis.. They played Push It. They still got it even being close to 60 years old..Still the best live shows I've ever seen.

I'm a fairly recent sub and as soon as danny's video dropped, I was checking in daily to see if you were going to react to this gem.

I saw this a few days ago, really amazing. There is a youtuber (Johnkew) who does Tool drum covers. There's some of his videos that looks crazy hard. What impresses me is how drummers can keep different rythms on all of their limbs.. =)

Been a fan since 92, missed my chance seeing them 5 times. Had a ticket front row (oh I paid but could never put a price on a tool ticket) it will be cancelled but to live through this bands progression is priceless.

If he does the Tool version of You Lied I really think he needs to do original by Peach first so he can hear the difference and know Justin played with Peach first.

Sarah P yes of course. Seen people mention that before on his comments so hopefully he will do peach version first :)

at parts like 11:00 the trick to that technique is basically to hit the drum and have just enough resistance to the rebound that you hit it again quickly after. Thats how he manages those quick pairs without alot of movement. (source: I've been a drummer for 12 years)

@@CrowT I mean yea, but that name means nothing to non-drummers. I'm trying to be informative not pretentious
