It's good with the automatic change over. It reduce work for the operator, my issue here is that it takes more than 1.5hrs for the change over of blow-molder and labeler machine, so it doesn't add much help to the complete line. With the conventional machine, it cost me less than 1hr for complete change-over which including Infeed, Spacer, Center guard, Shrink with homing e.t.c to tray set-up. While i wait for Ergo block to complete their change over

This is good, how about sleave tear?. Is there a way of passing film manually without going near the cutting knife because that endangers operators

Yes, of course. first of all release the break of the wrapping section and use your hand to turn the knife so that the sharp edge is hiding from your hand while passing Shrink through the rollers

I found that your Variopac pro version 2019 have some problems with Folding finger
it always loose when machine running and some time it's broken
I think that you should make it more quality because the Variopac pro version 2015 have Strong Fingers than last version

What is the one outstanding thing to do with Krones machinery ? It is not plastic junk. Almost entirely nil plastic spastic with it. No playing it cheap with defective spastic plastic.
