I live in Sweden where I run 3 WSDC events (Westie Gala, UpTown Swing and co-run Nordic WCS Champs), compete in All-Star level (#9058), teach weekly WCS classes in 3 different cities in my region. I'm also the educator and judge examinator for WCS competitions inside of the Dance Sport Federation in Sweden. Aside from that, I've also taught internationally at WSDC registered events in Finland, Norway, Poland, Russia, Spain, etc. Coincidentally, Ben Morris, who's clip you happen to choose was hired to one of our events a few years back. If anything the clip above maybe resembles Carolina Shag style wise at times, although I'm no expert in that dance really so don't take my word for it. Now, I don't know who you are honestly so I wouldn't know but I'm pretty sure however I'm more than qualified to determine whether this is WCS or not, and again... trust me, it's not!
