Which webcam should you buy? It actually depends on which brand you go for. Some 4k webcams are actually terrible, while others are pretty good - so this sector is one of the hardest to actually make a purchase without doing research in the beginning. We took a look at the OBSBOT Tiny 2, the Elgato Facecam Pro, the Insta360 Link, the Logitech Brio, the Opal C1, and the Razer Kiyo Pro Ultra to see which one was the best in which situation, and also which one we preferred! Have been searching for a video that actually shows webcams that go beyond the typical 2-3 always shown. This was incredibly helpful, thank you so much! I had no idea about the things that they could do-- also, I super appreciate knowing about the problems with tied-in software, Mac-specific cameras, etc. $300 is a lot to drop on a camera, only to get it and be frustrated.

No 😂 you can just use whiteboard mode without anything.

Sending the Opal back. It's not compatible with my Mac, I guess, and the software is so buggy. I'm going to pick up the inta360 link.
Is it worth buying these cams for zoom/teams meeting or are they all limited by these meeting apps.

I'm on a tight budget. How does the Logitech Brio compare in terms of video quality and features at its price point? the Tiny2 looks perfect for my tho.. Maybe I will just save up for tiny
I mean, Logitech is one of the biggest if not THE biggest webcam brand for a reason. So you are most definitely getting a product worth the money. When it comes to 4k video and other crazy features that are getting more and more popular now it's a different story and I guess you saw it for yourself. I'd say: The BRIO is a reliable webcam especially if you use it in good lighting conditions, but if you want or even need your webcam to offer more than that, you might want to be a little patient and play the waiting game! 😌

I spent $200 on that Logitech brio! And it gave me lots of problems the auto focus Kept ongoing out of focus The built-in Mike kept on Glitch the audio And the Camera would turn off and I have to Unplug and plug it back in.📹📽🎥😵💫

The Brio is the standard. Would be nice to have a comparison to the icontact pro. That one solves the eye problem.

the opal c1 wins in the design department and i'm a super visual guy who likes nice looking stuff in his appartment...but the video quality is just not worth it.
All tech TH-camrs were hyping this camera 😂 This shows how much they love marketing dollars.

Insta360 Link have the best image quality in my opinion. If only they have a base version without the motor and all the unnecessary feature for most user for half the price.
The Tiny Osbot is clearly a good choice overall with good image quality and the gimbal, but if you don't need a gimbal, you can't go wrong with the Razer Kiyo Pro Ultra.
Do I need to use the software from Razer or can I simply use Windows settings and still achieve a good video quality? Or is there any 3rd party software suggested?
The picture quality of the Kiyo Pro Ultra in THIS comparison is horrible. OBSBOT Tiny 2 is the clear winner, also for its AI features.

@@luminous3353 I ended up in buying the Kiyo and I'm very satisfied with it. You just have to tweak it a little to get the best image quality but when you find the correct setup the level is really high and far better than what we saw in this video.
You should add this to your Amazon creator store. I'd rather purchase on Amazon but I'd also wanna support you.
These cameras all look like they have good quality, but they can't focus. Maybe that's also the lack of frame rate.

The right hand light ruined the image on all the footage, all of the webcams were struggling with your lighting set up. F.
The only two webcams I personally consider to buy are the Elgato Facecam Pro and the Insta360 Link…the others look like trash in my opinion😂 especially for this price point
Razer has the best quality. You only need to use their software once to have custom settings. Then its saved on the camera itself. No other webcam can do this.
Elgato Face Cam Pro can do this exact same thing. It has on board memory for storing settings.

@@hill160881setting up the a6000 will be more time consuming than a standalone webcam, also takes up more space
If someone can manage the price and the setup time then i'd say go for it, these kind of webcam are somewhat "turn key" in terms of usability compared to a dedicated camera converted to a webcam
