Root beer is a really difficult one because everyone has different tastes and there are a huge variety of "root beers" ranging from great to awful since the term isn't really well regulated. Most Americans also don't start drinking root beer raw, most Americans are introduced to root beer floats, a popular kids party drink that consists of root beer with vanilla ice cream. The ice cream has a really interesting interaction with root beer that takes out most of the bitter flavors and leaves a sweet and light taste.
True. I first tasted root beer when I was a kid (by accident) and thought there was cleaning fluid in the drink or something. I thought it was awful.
However, recently I've got into root beer, and one of the reasons was I had a float and really enjoyed it.
Bunderburg is one of the nicest ones I think.

I don't really drink sodas, but I think Root beer is popular when eating pizza as well.

The Jaffa cakes really hit home with me because all I would do is eat Jaffa cakes at my nan’s house, she would put on SpongeBob and give me Jaffa cakes and orange juice and she would watch it with me and jokingly complain about the show and I would have to explain it to her lmao or I would eat Jaffa cakes while gilding knockoff Lego in her living room. She died 5 months ago, she basically raised me when my mom was busy, I miss her so much. Then again it doesn’t feel like she’s gone just that I haven’t seen her in along time, just recently I would think to myself that I would go next door and visit my Nan, then I remember. It hurts everytime, she died a day before her birthday, she would’ve been 86. I miss you gran, thanks Tom for reminding me of a good memory
