I am not from UK but where i live, the most common chocolate is cadbury and it also has something similar to aero
Diary milk is now American owned now so perhaps thats the reason
In South Africa we got both aero and Cadbury so no need to choose and we gots something called Cadbury bubbly chocolate which is like if you take the normal Cadbury chocolate and made it look like an aero.
Hershey’s owns Cadbury’s. So that might be why they went with a Nestle bar.
