It looks really impressive model, from what I see you’re not really into small models, you must have a big house to accommodate them all.😂 I would of meshed the wings as in a tamiya Tomcat or similar and extended the wing roots as I’m sure they need sorting out to accommodate a range of movement limit and I would of applied some kind of shim to stop the wings swinging so loosely.. but it still makes for an nice looking model.
I bet you had fun with all those magnets and their opposing polarities!! 😉😄 What's next in your Thunderbirds line up? Would love to see Thunderbird 2, which is my favourite.
Another great build Peter, looks great scaled up, I too am in the process of scaling one up to twice the size to i think around 35", also Ive redesigned the wing operation to a cog system so will open the wings together, not sure how it will turn out though, print time is massive as well.
Hi Rodd, I could but I live in Australia so the postage might be horrendous. Also, the sizing might be tricky. I made the model first and then sized the lettering and numbers accordingly. As the model is 3D printed, you can easily change the size of it.

Hi Peter, what scale is this please? I'm looking to building one in 1/76 scale for a model layout.
Well, the real one is supposed to be 115 feet high and mine is nearly 2 feet tall, so that would make it close to 1/60 scale.

The printers vary in price quite a lot but the printing itself is pretty cheap.
