  • How to make a perfect California roll with the sushi bazooka. wether it's your first time making sushi, or you are a seasoned pro, this sushi roller is a fun way to get creative. Making sushi is fun and easier than you think! While it's an art form that may take time to master, making a beautiful sushi roll can be easy with a sushi bazooka! In this video we make a classic - the California roll. Imitation crab, cucumber and avocado are the main ingredients added to a layer of rice and wrapped up with nori seaweed. We topped with tobiko - the yummy orange flying fish eggs, black and white sesame seeds, and diced green onion to mix it up a bit. Have fun making sushi!

@@robdude1969 I don’t think it was a translation thing, but because the ebook didn’t have any kind of diagram to explain what pieces are what, nor really any images to show the steps. All the instructions were just text and used terminology I just couldn’t wrap my head around.

I’m very impressed on your sophisticated video. Indeed seeing a sushi bazooka is my first time, because Japanese usually use a bamboo mat only for both rolling integrants with rice and compressing them.
I just worry about some rigid integrants such as cucumber may be broken when you compress the sushi roll.
For those who want to make a professional sushi, if you don’t mind, I would suggest you to use a single edged sharpened knife to cut it. It gives you amazing sushi rolls.

It takes me 30 seconds to make a California roll… well I have been a sushi chef for 5 years…literally gadgets are drawer fillers.

You miss the point entirely. How many of your friends jump in and roll sushi for the first time? This is a training wheel that gives confidence and insures success from roll number one. After a few tries, most can elaborate their skills, but this tool may just be the “drawer filler” that lets someone try instead of pass up an opportunity. Thanks for your comment. Cheers!

@@robdude1969 takes you 30 minutes to learn the basics. You’ll make Cali rolls in less than a minute. Liberate your drawers.

    寿司にオイルスプレーは絶対に使いません。
    日本人からみると、これはとても不味そう。
