Hi Tori, it is the same. the fifth factor is the Presenting issue - that would basically be the reason why you are doing the formulation in the first place. After you establish that, you can proceed with the other 4 factors.

I'm curious to learn more about this 5P model as I'm used to the 4P model: predisposing, precipitating, perpetuating and protective.
