Trains at: Chadwell Heath - GEML - 8/12/18

- Hello all and welcome to this trainspotting video which is from Chadwell Heath located on the Great Eastern Mainline between Goodmayes and Romford.
I found Chadwell Heath to be a surprisingly good station to spot at. I came here trying to spot as many GreaterAnglia EMU sets as I could and I wasn't disappointed as most of them were 12 car services for Christmas shoppers. Along with most other stations between Shenfield and Stratford, the fast lines are separated from the slow lines by a fence. This wasn't a too big inconvenience as I was able to hold my camera over the fencing with ease. There were however some construction works on the platform that blocked my views a bit.
The frequency through the station is fantastic with the TFL services being every 10 minutes and GreaterAnglia services rushing through every couple of minutes. There was also a bit of freight including a Freightliner Class 70 from Manchester and 66779 'Evening Star' which was hauling multiple empty container wagons from Hams Hall to Felixstowe 140 minutes late! The range of traction was pretty good with some TFL Class 315's still operating alongside the more common Class 345's and there were a lot of Class 321's operating services to Southend Victoria, Braintree, Colchester and Clacton-on-sea. An added bonus was the Broxbourne based RHTT set cleaning the tracks of leaves through the station.
Overall a pretty good station to visit if you like high frequency trains or need to capture any GreaterAnglia or TFL trains.
