How Ignorant and ILEGAL First Off: The correct spelling is “Totoaba” or “Totauva” This fish is a endangered fish in Mexico and is definitely considered a illegal catch. If PESCA finds just one one your boat. Your boat and gear will be taken and impounded. Go check it out your self.
