bog oak and epoxy resin coffee table - river table

  • In this video I show you how I built my epoxy resin coffee table - river table. At this coffee table, I used 6000-10000 year old bog oak. In order to get my desired design for my resin table top, I bet on two different blue pigments. After the first epoxy resin casting, the table top was too thin for my thread screws, so I poured the underside again with black glasscast50. The coffee table has a mass of 80cm x 120cm. The surface of the resin wood table was polished to a high gloss and sealed with odies oil.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I thought I had clicked on a woodworking video, but instead was treated to an incredibly polished cinematic performance the likes of which I have never seen before in platforms such as this. The level of scripting, camera angles, lighting and editing in this presentation actually exceeded the craftsmanship that went into creating the table. The music, while repetitive, complimented the video to such an extent that it brought the elements together as a unified piece of amazing artistry. By the way, the finished table didn't look bad, either! BRAVO!

Even though i like the massive amount of effort put into filming this, i actually vastly prefer non-cinematic videos, where you can actually see, what's going on and how it actually looks without the massive use of filters and editing.
About the final product: it looks absolutely awesome. I would've like for more wood to be used, but it still looks very good.

Thank you very much! It is so that not everyone likes the music or the dark design does not fit or whatever. Unfortunately I can not make it suitable for everyone. For my subscribers who have been watching my videos for a while now, that's a change of music, as normally such music is very rarely heard in my music. I've decided to build my projects and cut them in a cool style in the best possible way, rather than as many do to comment on everything and do not want to bother with some other stuff. For me, it's the other way round, what I do has hundreds of youtubers already explained and certainly better than I could ever do. Therefore, I put on what nothing makes. Otherwise you can ask anytime I answer any comment as long as I see it.

Your cinematography is fantastic, I realized that you care about the movie itself because you underexposed some of it and I actually believed that you are working the circular saw without enough light and i was going to criticize that, but after watching the whole thing I understood it's just for making the movie more interestin (I really hope it's underexposed and you are working with enough light!!!).

Although they are underexposed, but you should see the whole thing still slow in the direction. this is just my second video in this design and i still have a lot to do in this area as i learn to film and find out. That's why I take it all sporty. it is only for the enhancement of the videos and so far it is also better than expected.
