I'm going to try this with black Jamacian castor oil, and another with extra virgin olive oil.

I do everything you do except strain after 2 weeks. I give it a good stir and then take by mouth daily. I need all that goodness and it goes down perfectly fine.
Lovely job 💜, just use a coffee filter, cheese cloth or any cloth to strain out the oil. Saves you time.

I don't throw my residue away. I just leave it in my oils for months before sieving and use as a body scrub once in a week

5 tablespoons, she says it, then proceeds to dump 5 spoons of seeds into the jar, you can even count them. A tablespoon is equivalent to 3 teaspoons, or 15ml
