*OH MY GOD - THE ONE PLACE* I have yet to visit in Bulgaria...!!! 15 years ive lived here in this is the BIG tick on my list still to be completed.
I suggest people look up pictures of it when it was new - the interior was ABSOLUTELY STUNNING...!!!

I have colour photographs of the inside of the building when it was new - its stunning. Would you like me to email them to you? [I dont want to send people unsolicited emails]

My wife and i are interested in gtfo of the US eventually haha 😂 Bulgaria is pretty much our first choice at this point but we're still researching and we need to sell our apartment building. There are a few english speaking Bulgarian channels. One guy sells real estate and makes videos of the properties. Thanks so much for this!! 😊 Bulgaria has a lot to offer (beautiful nature, amazing food, culture etc) but it also has a lot of downsides (terrible economy, very low pay and pensions etc). I will admit, there are times when I find life here difficult BUT it’s home. If you guys have any questions at all about a possible move here please write! I am more than happy to help out any way I can.

Very interesting video thanks. Choice views to be seen from way up there in the mountains. Seems to me that socialist countries don't evolve in a vacuum of global socialism. As there's always been the competing capitalist systems. Some of which could perhaps even choose to attempt to push or to impose their own agenda at any given moment too. This is a unavoidable pressure existing from outside. Therefore socialist systems will still need to attempt to match things like military and intelligence and so forth. So there's really no option to completely relax or to utilize all the available income to maintain socialist interests alone. I suspect its this factor that imposes situation what cause socialist system to struggle to survive

Things such as ballooning costs associated to property rates and so forth, and ballooning costs associated to the overly cumbersome bureaucracy. I personally feel that the situation may get so dire that someday the families may be forced to need to reconnect to again become the family style socialist "cooperative collective" of like how they once had live in times before long long ago

I also studied in a Bulgarian school for a time and genuinely find that Bulgaria’s education is better. Regarding the healthcare, America is a DISASTER. There is access to healthcare but the doctors look at their patients like banknotes. I’m not saying that all doctors are like this, but many. It’s a conveyer belt. My mom works in NYC’s best hospital and agrees that the healthcare system went down the drain. It’s all about money. We always seek healthcare in Bulgaria (even when I lived in the USA).
