I worked in a travel industry and everytime i have more than 5 days off I'd just hop on a plane and have a Japan getaway~ this year of course i won't be able to 😭 thanks to your video i feel like I'm not missing much 💙
It is really fun to watch you cook, Rion. I do not have a takoyaki griddle, but I do have a cast iron mini-muffin form that I use to make "tako"-yaki and instead of octopus we use other things, like pieces of ham, bacon, tuna, other fish, and shredded vegetables. Super oishi!

Hi rion. Thanks for the cooking video. We are from australia and have now tried making it twice. Not perfect but edible. I cant find the aonori seaweed. Replaced tankasu with panko bread crumbs. Will keep trying as we love it. Keep up the good work.

I do solo takoyaki parties all the time, even before the quarantine! My wife is Japanese and I'm Canadian, but I think I love it more than she does, so I have to cook it for myself. :D
Rion great to see you making taco yaki was in Japan 2019 the only place I found was at Ueno zoo yuk was not fresh made probably frozen deep fried or microwaved. Will be back this year 2022. Might catch up with you. Who knows.😊😊😊
Takoyaki party with friends, it's so much fun! I remember when we did one, I couldn't find an octopus (which is impossible because it is always sold in every supermarket), so I used sausage as an alternative. The next day I noticed where the octopus is displayed 🤣🤣🤣 but it's ok. Our stomachs were full. Yes, I agree with you. Making takoyaki at home is cheaper plus you can customize it and put any ingredient that you want in full generosity (if you know what I mean hehehe). Now, I'm craving for takoyaki. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Let's keep walking! 😎😍
