I love Ichiran, both restaurant version and instant version! Last time I traveled to Japan, I brought 2 boxes of instant version back to Indonesia, one for me and one for my sister. She likes it too! Your cooking instructions are perfect. I have to save this video so that I can try to make that dish in the future. First I have to find the various sauces you introduced, however I will try it with beef because beef intestine is not a regular food for westerners and I’m not even sure if they sell it at the grocery store here
Rion, it was interesting to see you prepare motsu. It isn't something you would find in the states. And I make my eggs for ramen the same way! But the whites turn a little rubbery if you let them go for more than a couple of days. The gooey yolks are the best part!

If you bought tripe in my country expect it fresh only and definitely clean it at home also. Plus it's so much you can feed a rugby team. I love intestines and tripe!. LOL! GREAT VIDEO! I actually like Motsu - there is another way I tried once where the restaurant filled the intestine with green onion and deep fried it then served it with a sticky sweet shoyu sauce. It looks yummy.But seems like so many steps to cook a instant noodles.Sometimes it feel like u cook something very long but within 5 mins you finish the whole bowl. 😛 I know, if we put effort to cook it, even instant noodles can taste super delicious. 🤤🤤
