I got some kind of version that says full self-driving supervised it's even beyond the other one I have H&D parking lots and everything you could I have a gate right out of my driveway
I test drove a Y yesterday with Full Self Driving was a great experience. Was on a busy street. Heading back to dealership, which was about 15 miles from the Dealer. Had to correct it once, but over all was very smooth.
That slight tilt to the right on the steering wheel seems to be common thing. I addressed with Tesla service when I bought my 2023 Model 3. I thought it might be an alignment problem but Tesla says they "aligned the front end". Still has that tilt.

I have 21s on my model Y. Thinking of going down to 19s. I like the look of the 21s on the performance trim. Wasn’t sure if it would make that big a difference on the ride quality?
It’s a HUGE difference. Well at least for me. I had the 20” inductions…then I had a Tesla service and they gave me a loaner Model Y with the 19” it felt like a different car. So much more comfortable. Especially with new tires too. I’ve never ridden in 21”
The version I got actually you don't even have to put on the blinker if it comes on to a slower car it's going to go over by itself and when it comes up to a merge lane it goes over by itself they gave me this thing for 1 month for free it's called full self-driving supervised it's Way Beyond the other one I have that will change lanes when you put the blinker on
9:45, maby because the car behind you closes in on you with a higher speed than you are driving. In e.g. the Netherlands it’s common to make space for others behind you if you can move a lane to the right yourself.
I would not recommend them they are terrible especially when removing them . I have seen people trying to remove the center cap from it while in service . I don’t own them personally but I have experience with them from a service stand point . Have heard a couple of them causing a NVH on the wheels .
2:30 , yah you're right it stops way behind and then takes awhile for it to creep. If it can just stop past the line into the position it would be after creeping that would be more efficient. or at least don't stop behind the line, pause, then creep. it should rather slow to a creep, then stop & proceed
Hey, where did you get the Yoke? I have the same model Y - 2021 and looking to get the exact same thing. If you have another video or links, etc. just share them please.
I have enhanced auto pilot. I just subscribed for month of fsd. Its on 11.4.9. Does anyone know or think future subscribers would get the 12.3 version as a standard? Or a person has to be on v11 for some period of time before they give you v12.* ?
I enjoy FSD but you have to touch the wheel every few seconds to assure the car you’re paying attention or it will chime and eventually terminate your FSD.
Check my recent video on my channel. I go through all the changes I did to my car. The steering wheel is an after market purchase. It’s very easy to install
On highway it goes back to v11 that’s why the auto speed went away on the highway and it shows why it’s lane changing on v12 streets it won’t show why anymorr
Speaking of aggressiveness, Tesla FSD should give us multiple settings: Midwesterner, Californian, Bostonian. Similar to how some vehicles provide different drive modes: eco, standard, sport.
Is it legal to use Self-Driving cars in the USA? What happens when the Self-Driving car is involved in a car accident? Will insurance companies treat the Self-Driving car the same as normal/non-Self-Driving cars?
I’m pretty sure if the car causes an accident, the driver is still responsible. It is the driver who is in control of the car and it is his responsibility to make sure the car is driving correctly and to take control if anything goes wrong.
You have to move the steering wheel or move the scroll wheels to let autopilot know you’re still paying attention to the road every 30-60 seconds. So I leave my hand on the bottom of the yoke to: 1. Prevent getting the notification 2. That particular position on the yoke is amazingly comfortable 😂😂
That was my pal Jacob in the UPS truck at the parking lot. He works his butt off while his girlfriend tina sits at home eating macoroni and cheese. Poor jake.

th-cam.com/video/_VxByysJZt4/w-d-xo.html You say, i wouldnt gone to this lane.. You had a car approaching fast from behind and the fsd let him pass. You even see it on your screen.
FSD 12 has failed all three times I've tried it. I can't do u-turns and has trouble pulling onto highways from side streets. It's not worth 12k. I would say it's worth about $49 per month, not $200. Definitely not 12k.
That if you touch your phone at all or take your eyes off the road it will lock you out and turn off and if it happens five times you're in jail every time I get it about 3 weeks later I'm in jail
I see a lot of Teslas on the road where I live. I’m in Southern California. I’m sure if there are teslas on the road where you live, FSD12 would be great because it uses video clips instead of c++ code to steer the car
I got a blowout of rear tire in the first 5 mins in V12.3. Seems to be due to malfunction, in the middle of a negotiated unprotected left. Left with a $400+ bill to take care of😢. Giving it a pause, since Tesla says, I am responsible to look under wheels🤔 and take control immediately😂❤🤞

11.9 version drove like an intoxicated driver
This seem common today but, to look back 18 yr ago this would sound crazy af
The reason why it "didn't do parking lots" is because the camera sees that you have your phone in hand and it parked because you were deemed unsafe.
yup, came here to say this too.
makes sense. I'll make another video in a parking lot soon
ie: it switched to _mom_ mode! 😁
the model y looks so timeless ..nice

Ive been testing v12 for a while now and man it's so good compared to v11. Glad more youre able to test it now.
I’m impressed, huge upgrade from v11

That slight tilt to the right on the steering wheel seems to be common thing. I addressed with Tesla service when I bought my 2023 Model 3. I thought it might be an alignment problem but Tesla says they "aligned the front end". Still has that tilt.

I think when you're on the freeway it isn't v12.3 that's why the update says it updated the "city-street stack" not the "freeway stack"

I think they’re rolling them out randomly
I started looking at the road in the video when it pinged you lol
HAHAHHAAH the timing was crazy
When in FSD can you tell the car to switch lanes by turning on the blinker. Or it just does its thing?
Yes!!! If you hit the blinker it will turn lanes for you

The other tip is keep your foot on the gas just a little bit when coming up to the stop sign so it don't do all that herky-jerky stuff
I started doing this. On red lights too when I need to make a right turn. I use the pedal to creep up a little. This is a good tip 🤝🏻
9:45, maby because the car behind you closes in on you with a higher speed than you are driving. In e.g. the Netherlands it’s common to make space for others behind you if you can move a lane to the right yourself.
My thoughts exactly. In the united states it is courteous to leave a left lane to give faster cars the ability to pass.
