I did this yesterday night for dinner mam, although it dint come this soft to me as you showed it was very tasty and everyone at home enjoyed this dosa and chutney. So nice receipe. May be I would have missed something . I will try again other day to get that softness..thanks a lot
I too faced the same problem. Try adding more curd. It worked for me. Add half the amount of curd I e., For 1 cup sooji and 3/4th cup poha add 3/4th to 1cup of curd. Hope it works for you too

I tried it... First time I used baking powder, it didn't come well, second time, I used lemon juice and eating soda... It came so well!!
