With no boil pasta, your sauce needs to be moist so it can cook in the overn also when you bake it you should add tinfoil over it for the first 30 mins then take it of for the last 15 mins so it steams then crisps on top.
So with the "no boil pasta" you basically have to have a lot of moisture and cook it for 30-45 mins. Isn't that basically boiling the pasta in the oven?
@@tokinaw9730 yes it is :) but the major fail here was the 2 eggs!! ithey turned the sauce into a solid that the pasta couldnt absorb :( but at least he left out the DONE RIGHT!! he clearly knows in isnt! much like the raw lobster that had to go back in the oven like the huge chunk of meat that also had to go back in the oven and those are just 2 i can name without thinking?

I’ve used those type of noodles as well and you have to make sure that every part of it is covered with lots of sauce, so they soften up...otherwise they don’t cook properly. So agree with you on using the noodles you have to boil first. Guaranteed to be cooked and yummy!! Your recipe looks so bomb with the ricotta!! Gotta try me some!
you did a good job and it looks tasty, but a bit dry too! here some tips: 1) when you slightly frying the onions add some slices of carrots and celery then blend with a shot of white wine. 2)add more tomato sauce at "Ragú" (the ragù it's just the tomato sauce mixed with ground beef). 3) try to soft boil the pasta for lasagna a bit until becomes soft, you can add more layers in this way ad it's easier to season (even tho on the package it's written that you don't have to pre-cook). 4) use the "besciamella" sauce instead of ricotta or made It by yourself for a better taste! (Besciamella it's very Easy to made: butter, milk, flour, salt). QUICKTIME!

Hello Quang Tran can we know the ingredients that you put the example the spices and the mixture that you made with onions garlic and carrots I think thank you very much. Karim de Marseille France.
Im not telling you how to cook but usually with no cook pasta you need juices from the sauce to help it but your sauce was really dry but you figured it out it still looks yummy.
Your noodles should have been soaked in water(cold or warm) for 10 minutes before layering it with the lasagna. Then add a pinch of salt to each noodle layer before adding the meat sauce and cheese layers. It will be the consistency you want. The meat sauce does cook the noodles. Try again with this recipe. I enjoy your videos.
No boil pasta needs more liquid in order for it to cook. I accidentally boiled mines for a few minutes (instructions were in French) and couldn't use it once off the stove. They were stuck together and fell apart if I tried to even separate them. Luckily I had another box and it came out perfect without boiling.
