If it wasn't 570 degrees Rankine outside, I'd have like to have cold-smoked these first. We do that with pork chops and it makes for an awesome schnitzel. That said, we were pretty pleased with the end result. Give it a try!

With the indoor BBQ and fried chicken themed thumbnail I almost didn't recognize this was y'all's video, or I would have commented earlier. We are gonna have to try this! Looks awesome, got me wanting some chicken again, this time fried! I'm thinking I'll take a short cut though cause I'm, well because it's too hot! Off to Publix again for some deli fried chicken and the ingredients for that killer sauce y'all cooked up.thanks for the great ideas and awesome content !!!

Absolutely. Keep in mind two things: first, that sauce has a bit of heat to it. Not extremely spicy, but a bit of a kick. Second, the sauce on its own will taste "too strong" because it's a mop sauce. It's when you add it to the chicken that it makes a great combo. Just keep that in mind in case you're trying it while it's cooking. Glad you're enjoying!

Damn at 108, seems like mother nature is considering putting you on the menu!!! Good enough reason for indoor bbq

No kidding. I've never seen it be this hot but ALSO humid. Usually when it's above 100, the humidity has burned off. Not so this year, it seems.

We’ve got a few smoker-related videos coming soon. Unfortunately I’ve been traveling for work lately and it has cut into my available editing time. Stay tuned!
