guttertank has multiple explosive attacks, minos prime only has one explosive attack. to be fair, the guttertank's other explosive attack is putting down mines so i could avoid them, but that's still more explosions, and i can't avoid explosions, so guttertank is more likely to kill me because of that fact.

My good sir, you need to properly clarify your own abilities before you try convincing me you can take down a solid block of stone with nothing but a crowbar.
Here are my changes:
Maurice and Cerberus to Ass Beat tier. You are not beating Cerberus, and you are not jumping onto Maurice and taking them down before they toss you off. You're talking about clinging to a pretty damn spherical stone as it tries to toss you off. Either you stay on top of it, it faces upwards, you get blasted,.or alternatively, you try and stay on its back and it faces upwards, causing you to fall off. At best, you barely stay on and have 0 chance to deal any damage, eventually running out of stamina and falling off.
Minos Prime to No Bury tier. I'm sure you've seen enough from other commenters.
WTF, Ferryman goes back up to Ass Beat. No idea what in Hell your win con is since you changed it at the end without explaining.
Virtue goes to Slight Chance. Those thing don't stay close to the ground, they'll rise beyond throwing range.
Mannequin goes to Ass Beat. Those things are faster than V2.
Soldier goes to Slight Chance. I'm here for an accurate tier list, not balance.
Drone to Fair Fight. Don't forget that they dive bomb you on death.
Sentry to Ass Beat. Those things can unbury and kick the sh** out of you, y'know? Steel leg to the sternum and your bones are jelly.
Idol to More Than Likely. Lack of weapons preventing you from breaking stone, anything hostile coming along and getting shielded, the knockback effect possibly killing you... It's not quite an easy dub.
