  • A logical reasoning assessment test is a type of aptitude test that evaluates a candidate's ability to understand and apply logical principles to solve problems. It typically consists of various questions that require the candidate to analyze patterns, sequences, or relationships between shapes and figures, identify inconsistencies, or deduce conclusions from given premises. In the hiring process, this test is used to gauge a candidate's critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and their ability to think abstractly and logically under time constraints.

Employers use these assessments to predict a candidate's potential job performance and their capacity to tackle complex challenges in the workplace, ensuring that the candidate's cognitive abilities align with the job's requirements.

B, follows the corner pattern. Up down left right are flipped. Corners are inverted. Center can be flipped and inverted and stay the same.

200/40=5... C does not involve mathematical operations rest due. Question with two different shapes, B,C,D all involve a concave and convex shapes only 1 has only convex shapes... Idk how employeers think they can gain anything out of these.

First question, it could also be C, since all shapes are not rotated with respect to X-Y Axis, only C is rotated with 45 degrees. And this logic holds stronger than the answer since your axis of symmetry is inclined for the D.
Second question, one thing about the # of lines, it's very common in these tests that a Curve or a circle is 1 line, so no the logical reasoing behind B is not 100% accurate.
However, the answer is B, yep based on the color pattern and the fact that the shapes look as if they rotating C.W
At 4:02, the answer is A since all shapes has 6 lines except A.
Question at 11:22, the arrow pointing outside of the shape has no pattern whatsoever. It will be a process of elimination between C, D because of the location of the grey triangle. So i'd C
(there's a mirror axis logic that can give D as the answer)

14:30 Choice A was the only one who had a similar number of sides between both shapes. I usually make it through all of these tests, but I'm really here because I'm curious about the "answers". I could probably derive a handful of valid patterns for some questions, so my question: How do you determine if a pattern is correct, whilst multiple patterns present? Honestly, I think the whole logic test is flawed. I think if I were hiring, I would want more targeted testing to what the job actually pertains. (Like coding challenges for programmers, take home projects for graphic designers, ect. ) Thoughts?

00:53 I think we can have line of symmetry on shape B if we draw a line from the mid-point on the short diagonal side straight to the intersection at the bottom right. So I wonder if it's correct to use the property, symmetry, as a determinant here or I'm I missing something???

Question with arrows in the squares pattern: I get A on this one based the fact that location of the arrow in the square is moving clockwise within the square

    03:20 B (symmetrical columns)
07:30 C (the arrow goes backward like a bus in the rear gear)
13:30 (I think D because all others show a relation between the number of points)
    16:30 A
20:30 If you draw diametric lines passing the center, you see all cells on each line have exactly the same arrow inside.

Hi, I believe 13:30 is A. The others all have a match except A - what do you think?

    • @hivasoofieh6921
      @hivasoofieh6921 ปีที่แล้ว

@@WorldWideCynthia I think both A and D can be culprit!
about my answer I can say in the common rule is this: the number of sides = the number of star's points. for A(4=4) B(6=6) C(7=7) D(8 ??? there should have been an Octagram star with 8 points)
