All the cars with fires are wrong. If someone hit your car with fire like that you wouldn't have enough time to get out and run or drive away. Im both situations it is wrong. Most cars would just blow up.
Also if you want to be really detailed. That would've just broken the window and killed the person. Same if you just throw a grenade. Glass it pretty fragile. Yet really tough in GTA games. Even in GTA 5 you can go through glass but you have to create a high enough impact just for it to happen. Even so it sometimes won't happen.

You forgot that gta vc have a weird sinking on boat...the sinking boat have a weird "fountain" when it sink
