If this happened the changes to the overall AA timeline post T&T would change drastically, for starters:
-Pheonix would've most likely defended Simon Blackquill, with a very high probability of exposing the phantom before they could replace Bobby Foolbright, which combined with Phoenix never losing his badge results in the dark age of the law never occuring in the first place.
- Phoenix may end up adopting Athena after the case, who seeing him successfully defend Simon and expose her mother's true killer inspires her to become a defense attorney like her new dad, not to mention the potentially adorable sister dynamic she'd have with Trucy in this AU.
-Apollo tutors under Phoenix instead of Kristoph and without his disbarment turning him into hobo Phoenix he'd never resort to forging evidence so Apollo consistently remains a fanboy.
-Since Kristoph is already in jail cases 1 and 4 never happen, cases 2 and 3 still happen though with the guidance of a much more experienced Phoenix, Apollo would have a much smoother time getting to the truth.
-For Dual Destinies, cases 4 and 5 may not happen if Phoenix successfully took down the phantom during the UR1 incident, the first three cases still happen though.
-SOJ mostly remains the same, with the only real change being that Rodger Retinez would've likely framed Zak instead of Trucy.
And those are just the ones I could think of, something like this would have such a massive and interesting butterfly effect on the timeline.
That should've happen, and adopting Athena Cykes fits right here!

Klaiver is probably going to Edgeworth next, probably recommend by phoinex beacuse Edgeworth went through the same problem klaiver did but way way worse

Well, Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney will have a significant different Storyline in this AU, especially Turnabout Trump will never happen.
If you think you have the ability to make, then go ahead. I will patiently wait for it.
FYI, since Cosmic and VolcanonX already already went ahead with making a case in the AU, I know it is possible.
But, if you need to start somewhere, I'd recommend starting with Turnabout Corner.
Well, Trucy is practically gone by the time AJ would happen. She'd be too busy managing the new Gramarye Trio with her dad and Valant. Apollo would probably have to do Turnabout Corner alone, or with Phoenix assisting him now. Actually, maybe Pearl can assist Apollo instead of Trucy. That would be cool to see I'm ngl.

Another idea is you can have return character to fill in the gap instead of just sticking with the original structure of the case. I think that would make it easier. Besides, it's nice to see returning character after 7 - 11 years.

They are now making their own version of Turnabout Succession.
